Vision
To assure that Los Carneros Water District Landowners are aware of regional water policies and issues, and that those members connecting to recycled water can maximize beneficial use of their recycled water system.
Mission
To work cooperatively with Water District Landowners, Napa San, and the County of Napa to ensure appropriate local water policies are maintained, and that sufficient recycled water is available to meet connecting Landowner needs.
